BOCT AGM at Sacred Heart, Wednesday 25th June at 8.00pm |
This important meeting is at Sacred Heart on Wednesday, 25th June at 8.00pm, with a Mass for Unity beforehand at 7.00pm, and then refreshments. BOCT (Bushey and Oxhey Churches Together) has done much good work over the last decades, including the Good Friday Walk of Witness and Ecumenical Lent Groups, and of course CARE, and we hope for a good turnout from St Matthew's. I will be able to offer lifts to 3 extras, and if anyone else can as well please have a word with me. Sally |

Back to Church Sunday 28th September 2008 |
This is a national initiative that we are taking part in at St. Matthew's. The idea is that we all think of people who used to come to our church but have stopped for whatever reason and then we invite & welcome them to our service. We will be keeping Harvest Festival on 28th September so it should be a popular service. More details will follow but now we commend the day to your prayers. Fr. David |

Coffee rota |
Thanks to all who have made coffee recently after the 9.30 service on a Sunday. We now need you to sign up again, please! We would also welcome more people (including the gentlemen) to help out - even an occasional offer is gratefully received. The rota lives by the kitchen hatch in the hall, so please don't be shy! |
