To find St. Matthew’s records deposited at Hertfordshire County Archives and Local Studies Office:

1. Go to the  Access To Archives website at www.a2a.org.uk
2. Click on ‘Search these Catalogues’
3. Type in Keyword ‘Oxhey St Matthew’
   • From menu under ‘Location of Archives’ choose ‘Hertfordshire Archives and Local Studies’
   • Click the red Search button.
4. Choose ‘Oxhey St Matthew Parish Records Hertfordshire’.
5. On next page, click on ‘Catalogue in full’.

All the documents we have deposited are listed.

If anyone wants to view records, they can ring County Archives on 01992 555102 and the records will be got out from the strong room ready for them.

  The Archives and Local Studies building is on the County Hall site in Hertford. It is a smaller building to the right of the main building as you face it and in the same style. Through the front door, turn left into the Archive Reading Room, where there is a reception desk.
